Jake is one of the few natives you will ever find here in the Myrtle Beach Area. Being born and raised in Pawleys Island , Jake has never lived outside of Horry / Georgetown Counties even through college at Coastal Carolina University where he studied Psychology with an emphasis on Gerontology and the Psychology of Relationships.
Coming from a family of business owners, real estate investors, and interior design... Jake was introduced to the real estate and business world at a very young age. These among other family traits contributed to his vast knowledge of the local market, mechanics of investment, and immense success he has realized today.
In 1997, Jake was diagnosed with a life threatening and rare form of childhood brain cancer. At a mere 12 years old, Jake unfortunately learned how short life could be. It was then that he decided to always have passion for others and a drive to be the best at whatever may lie ahead. Entering the Real Estate world in 2006 he made sure to keep that in mind.
Since starting his career in 2006 Jake has individually sold over 150 million dollars of real estate to-date.His success has been recognized nationally by well known companies such as Real Trends' Best Agents in America , Inman News, Trulia, Zillow, and many others.
